Challenger
The project consists of 4 equal machines, each of them capable of leak testing the part in all the cavities specified.
The 4 independent machine configuration allows a double leg type production lines layout and avoids production downtimes when performing maintenance operations.
All the machines are automatically loaded/unloaded by means of a robot-gantry system (supplied by the customer) and include two working positions on a horizontal pneumatically driven shuttle (loading/unloading position and testing/marking position).
